Cuts We Offer

Leg roasts, shoulder roasts, boneless legs & shoulders, shanks, rib & loin chops, Merguez sausage, ground lamb, organ meat (liver, heart, kidney), most cuts are available year-round. You can order a whole butchered animal in the winter months.

In the summer, you can find us weekly at the Plainfield Farmer’s Market (Fridays, 4-7) and the Barre Farmers’ Market (Wednesdays 3:30-6:30).
